Charges
Membership on the Website is free for buyers. Prakash Book Depot does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website.
Price and Availability of Titles
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of the titles featured on this website, this cannot be guaranteed and price and availability information may change without notice.
Notification of changes
Prakash Book Depot reserves the right to add to or change these conditions of use and agrees to ensure that a note of the date and clause number of any such amendments will be included as part of the conditions. Any changes will be posted to this page and it is your responsibility as a user to ensure that you are aware of any such changes from time to time. Changes will become effective 24 hours after first posting and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Site after that time.
Payment
All major Credit/Debit Cards and Bank Transfer through Net Banking are acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. All bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Business Ordinance
Prakash Book Depot holds no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction made by the customer on his/her account, having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

While due care has been taken to ensure that our web site is kept free of all viruses (website name) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any damages of any kind arising from the operation, content or use of the web site.
